Kamalvasini Tech is an India-based software studio that builds practical, offline-friendly tools for the education sector. Tuition Manager is our flagship product, designed for tuition center owners, coaching class teachers and small institute administrators who need a simple way to manage students, fees and attendance without depending on always-on internet or expensive ERP software.

Our Mission

Why Offline?

Most coaching institutes in India operate in towns and rural belts where internet is unreliable. The cost of cloud-based ERPs is also out of reach for a centre that runs five batches in a single rented room. We chose offline-first because:

  • Your students' data never leaves your device
  • The app works equally well on a Rs. 6,000 phone in a 2G area
  • You don't pay for “cloud storage” you didn't ask for
  • You can switch the app off and uninstall any time - the data is yours, fully exportable
