Google Play processes the payment via UPI, card, net banking or Play Balance. We never see your card details.
Premium Unlocks
Premium features activate immediately. Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel.
Cancel Any Time
Cancel from Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions. You keep premium until the end of the paid period.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Premium Monthly plan may offer a free trial period (typically 7 days) to first-time subscribers. If a trial is available it will be clearly shown on the purchase screen inside the app.
What payment methods are supported?
Whatever Google Play supports in your region: UPI, Visa/Mastercard/RuPay debit and credit cards, Net Banking, Google Play Balance and gift cards.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Google Play Store on your phone → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Tuition Manager → Cancel. You will continue to have premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my data when I downgrade?
All your data remains intact. Only the premium features (Backup & Restore, Late Fee, Additional Fees) become unavailable. Your students, batches, fees and attendance continue to work normally.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled per Google Play's refund policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Generally Google Play offers full refunds within 48 hours of purchase. For other cases, please contact us.
Is my payment data safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by Google Play. Your card or bank details never reach our servers. We only receive a Google-issued purchase token to verify your subscription.
Can I use one subscription on multiple devices?
The Google Play subscription is tied to your Google account. Sign in with the same account on another device to access premium features. The local app data, however, is per-device.
